The Story of Create Cafe
What started as a mother-daughter adventure in the kitchen quickly turned into something much bigger.
It all began when my oldest wanted to learn how to make macarons. We spent hours in the kitchen, learning, experimenting, and—most importantly—tasting. When we shared our sweet creations with friends, the response was overwhelming: “These are amazing!”
As we started selling macarons locally, something unexpected happened. More and more people reached out asking if our treats were safe for those with celiac disease. That request stuck with us.
So, we dove into research, invested in dedicated gluten-free tools and ingredients, and eventually built a fully gluten-free kitchen right in our home.
Today, Create Cafe proudly offers cookies, cake pops, macarons, and puffcorn—all completely gluten-free and handmade with care. Whether you’re living gluten-free out of necessity or curiosity, we’re here to prove you don’t have to miss out on fun, flavor, or joy.
Because delicious should never be off the menu.
