Keeping our customers happy is our top priority! Though we are confident you will love what you receive from us, we are happy to accept returns in case you are not fully satisfied.
RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back returns
- Please include the order number and your name with your return
- Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn and must be in it's original condition with the tags attached
- All Pre-orders will be refunded in the form of store credit which can be used at anytime.
- All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
- All sale items will have a $3 restocking fee when returned
- All Holiday prints at SALE price are final sale and cannot be returned
- Face Covers and filters cannot be returned or exchanged. Absolutely NO exceptions!
- Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing time
HOW TO PLACE A RETURN

- Shipping items back is the buyers responsibility
- Please neatly package your returned item(s)
- Tag(s) should still be attached
- Include your packing slip and/ or order #
- Ship the item(s) back to us after we have communicated
- A refund will be issues after we receive the returned item(s)

DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item please follow the steps below.

Include your name, order number, photo of the tag, photo of the item send and any documentation to support your request.
DAMAGES
- Merchandise cannot be returned after being worn
- Damages which happen during use are not subject to a refund or exchange for a new pair.
GIFT CARDS
E-gift cards cannot be returned or cancelled! Gift cards are a final sale.
